The Motorist Union achieves it's mission by:

Promotion of the best engineering safety practices.
Organizing motorists at the local, state, national, and international levels, to advance the interests of the motorist majority.
Using legal methods (e.g. class action law suits) and resources to eliminate the arbitrary and capricious abuse of police powers.
Education of all safety laws and regulations, including the Highway Safety Act, 1966.
